Headquartered in Cape Town, with a presence in Johannesburg, our core services include development management, transaction advisory, sales and leasing strategies, capital raising, offshore investing, and portfolio acquisitions consultation.
We manage the entire process of property development, including process planning, design, implementation, sales and leasing. We offer and will manage a structured capital-raising facility from application to final disbursement, including debt and equity solutions.
JJK Consulting is owned and run by property-industry veteran Jeffrey Kleu.
Jeff, who holds a BSc in Property Studies, has worked in the commercial property-broking and mixed-use property-development space for over a decade. He is himself a property investor, and owns a number of buildings in Cape Town and Johannesburg.
His most recent developments were The Harri, a mixed-use co-living and co-working development in the heart of Cape Town’s design district, and Park Corner in Rosebank, Johannesburg, an eclectic mixed-use development that’s had rave reviews.
